The purpose of this form is to make corrections to your inventory and update data that may be incorrect. If you have received a puzzle outside of your preferences or one that is defective, it should be reported as a swap dispute.

Puzzle Library and swap issues

There are several issues you can report using this form. This is the previous dispute form.

Puzzles with one missing piece must be identified in the system and on the puzzle box and journey sheet with Pizzles ID ####mp

Puzzles with more than one missing piece must be retired.

You may use this form to file a dispute for a puzzle swap. If you are filing many disputes, you should update your preferences to be more restrictive.
